"Kristen is quite simply a beautiful soul. I was able to experience her doula services with my second pregnancy and she was an absolute gift. Pre-delivery, Kristen spent a lot of time with me. We developed a comprehensive birth plan, explored and educated ourselves on all of my options, and she became very in tune with what I needed and when. She checked in after all of my appointments, made sure I followed my doctor’s orders, and was a listening ear to all of my concerns. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, my partner was unable to attend the birth, but Kristen came alongside and supported and empowered me through the delivery. She spent the night with me in the hospital, followed up with home visits to check on the baby and I, and even prepared a few meals for me so I had one less thing to do. Kristen continues to be a resource for me and a lifelong friend. Bringing life into the world is a sacred experience and Kristen supported me through the whole process with grace, respect and love. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to have her at my son’s birth and sincerely recommend her services to any woman who is embarking on the journey of motherhood."
